SIDEZ Programs - Detailed Information Micorenterprise & Youth Loan Program (ME&Y)
SIDEZ also offers a Microenterprise & Youth Loan to businesses located in the empowerment zone.
·The maximum loan amount is $ 30,000.
·Microenterprise & Youth loans can be used for machinery, equipment, working capital, land, and building purchase.
·The interest rate for a ME&Y loan is 4.5%.
·There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.
·The borrower is also responsible for a 1% closing fee, all filing fees, lien searches, credit reports, title commitments, replacement value insurance and any other associated loan closing costs.
Applications should be submitted to the SIDEZ office before the 20th of each month for consideration at the following month's board meeting.
